At SoulFULL, take time away from the busyness of life for personal growth, spiritual connection, rest and play, connection with like-minded women, and - most importantly - connection with your own heart and soul.

As women, often times, we neglect our own desires to nurture others’ dreams and passions. We’ll reconnect with our true selves, learn to tune out the opinions and expectations of others, and listen to our own voice - recognizing what it feels like and sounds like when our soul speaks.

The first half of the retreat is about discovering where you are and what you need/desire at this season in your life. The second half is about finding the courage to make shifts and allowing your intuition to guide you along the way.

Ziegenhaus is a rustic, luxury estate approximately 20 minutes east of downtown Tulsa. The property boasts breathtaking views, tons of space, modern amenities, wrap around deck, third story lookout, private bedrooms and open spaces, spa bathrooms, a game room and pool table, and much more. What to Wear + Bring

This retreat is about YOU. It’s a time to step away, reset and recharge. You may want to bring a notebook to journal, good book to read, or headphones + jogging shoes. Dress is completely casual - wear what will make you feel most comfortable. You can take makeup and hair necessities or leave them behind for the weekend. It’s totally up to you!
